These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of phare.fit and related services (the "Service"), operated by Allmet LLC ("Phare," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information.
Reviews and user content
- Reviews must reflect your own genuine, first-hand experience.
- You may submit one review per trainer per account.
- You may not review yourself or a business you own or work for.
- No content that is false, defamatory, harassing, hateful, illegal, or that infringes others' rights.
- We may moderate, edit, or remove content, and suspend accounts, at our discretion.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Phare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
Listings and claiming
Some trainer and gym profiles are created by Phare from publicly available information and are marked as unclaimed. If a profile represents you or your business, you may claim it to manage it, subject to our verification. You are responsible for the accuracy of information on a profile you control. If you believe a profile is inaccurate, contact hello@phare.fit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data except as expressly permitted.
- Post fake, incentivized, or manipulated reviews.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
No professional endorsement; assumption of risk
Phare is a directory and review platform. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any trainer, gym, or instructor listed, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with them. Physical training carries inherent risks; you are responsible for evaluating any professional and consulting a physician as appropriate.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on it is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phare and Allmet LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phare and Allmet LLC from claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
