- Account information. When you sign in (via Google or an email magic link) we receive your name, email address, and, where available, your profile picture.
- Content you submit. Reviews, ratings, profile edits, claim requests, and any other information you choose to provide.
- Usage data. Basic analytics about how the Service is used (e.g., pages visited), collected through our hosting and analytics providers.
- Cookies and local storage. We use local storage to keep you signed in and essential cookies to operate the Service.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To display the reviews and profile information you choose to publish.
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
Public content
Reviews and ratings you submit are public and are displayed alongside the name on your account. Do not include information in a review that you do not want to be publicly visible.
Service providers
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, including:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
- Vercel — application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing hello@phare.fit. Public reviews may be retained in anonymized form.
Your choices and rights

Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
